We are truly a one-​of-​a-​kind botanical garden, offering guided tours with picnic facilities.

Our location is a beautiful and memorable wedding, birthday, corporate retreat and reunion venue, offering tented and brick pavilions and comfortable brand new bathhouses.

We have extensive parking for your convenience and our gardens include such features as waterfalls, Koi ponds, benches and numerous bridges and stepping stones to add adventure and beautiful vantage points for once in a lifetime photography opportunities. We provide wheelchair accessibility to much of our facility.

Our tour guides are driven to provide you with an informative and fun tour; daily admission covers your wandering throughout the woods and gardens before and after your tour is complete.

Non-​skid shoes are highly recommended and don’t forget your camera!

History

Established in 2014.

In 1993, an idea was born: — to create a fishpond for personal enjoyment in a 100 year old lime rock quarry. (This quarry provided lime rock for the construction of Highway US 27).

The owner quickly discovered his profound love of gardening and due to years spent in Japan became quickly inspired to create this spectacular water garden and wildlife sanctuary. Japanese influence is noted throughout our twenty acre garden and we have an incredible variety of blue catfish, bass, turtles and of course, beautiful Koi fish throughout.

The natural rock walls and dramatic bore holes from the original blasting provide interest, unique structure and a wonderful sense of reconnecting with this historical property.
