as a business owner and, rep for 1000’s of business’s, i have to say that ryan motor’s has been a victim of Unilocal’s extortion tactics. i have personally been witness to, and documented all their questionable business practices. this dealership has some issues, as does any, but when a so called advocate of freedom of speech, and for the people, and business owner’s, i ask why all, not just some good reviews do not, and have not been recommended by Unilocal so called software. i design software, and ware many other hats, so i know that when Unilocal tells me the good reviews don’t get put up for specific criteria, then i make sure a review get’s written, not encouraged, but informed of the Unilocal criteria, these said post do not get recommended as well. you see ryan motor’s does not pay Unilocal for advertising they are a free member. i can and will show documented proof of business owner’s that are, and they do not have this problem. this plain and simple is extortion!!! i.e. (a modern day pay for protection scam) a cyber mafia if you will. jeremy stoppelman is the founder, and c.e.o., and implemented a great idea in 2004, but somewhere along the way, picked up some bad apples that have distorted his vision. Unilocal is a modern day al capone/​john dillinger. ryan motor’s is a family owned and operated business, not a corporation, or publicly traded business. sure they make mistakes, as we all do in business. i have been in the automotive industry for 35 years, and have never, seen a dealer/​or management staff more concerned, about their customers. i will not go silent into the night, and watch a dealer with more integrity, moral character, and all around resolve than jeremy stoppelman, and his band of thugs and idly stand by and watch them continue to carry out their unethical/​not for the people, but for their own self serving reasons. i would put up the legacy of the ryan family, against jeremy stoppelman’s harvard spoon fed degree any day. it would not take a perry mason to figure that one out.

Posted by John: I would have to say they treated me and my family as if we where their family they did everything in their ability to make sure I had left that place with a nice ride and I would recommend anybody and everybody to go there Mr Ronald Reagan junior and Nick are very good people reliable and trustworthy and is Miss Kathy did a wonderful job financing it and everyone that had their hands in on the deal that they made for me I’m very happy with the car I got and I will be back to get another one thank you very much mr. Ronald and Nick y’all have a wonderful and blessed day.

Sad that this is the only Honda dealership available. Our Element started throwing codes and quit running. After waiting 2 weeks just to get it looked at to figure out what was wrong we cant seem to get an actual written estimate for the 900 dollars they claim it will cost to fix apparently getting a bad tank of fuel with water in it. My hubby is out of town moving a rig so he cant just pop in. He has spoken to the service dept 4 times the last 2 days asking that it be emailed to us to no avail. I am in our home state of Colorado and an hour ago I called and asked for the service supervisor. I was put on hold and when the call was finally picked up all I got was «why were you on hold again?» When I answered I was waiting for the service dept supervisor I got told he was busy and to leave a message. OVER an hour ago. Unbeknowst to me my hubby called and asked the exact same thing and was told he isnt in today??? I am not sure what is so difficult to email a written estimate so we can see exactly what is costing 900 dollars. Who knows how long it will take for them to even get to it? I get being busy with the crazy growth there but I dont get having such horrible customer service that you cant even manage to do the normal thing and provide a written estimate. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism at the most basic. Just tried to call AGAIN… finally supposedly spoke to the service manager and he claims he knew nothing about our calls to him or his dept and we will have written estimate in 5 minutes… we shall see.
UPDATE Mr Greggory Patton sent the estimate but now its almost 400 dollars higher than was quoted. Is that the charge for my complaint? I would tow my car to another city before dealing with these people.
Well we finally did get this straightened out our car was there another week waiting for a part (fuel pump) but they gave us 10 percent off the bill and offered a free oil change for all of our problems there. I do appreciate that so I have edited my rating but my what a stressful mess. Hopefully this has been a valuable lesson there and they will work on training the service staff better. Will let you know how our oil change goes.

I dreaded the day I would have to come to the service center of Ryan Motors. I was warned to be prepared to take the day off and spend it waiting and waiting and waiting. The staff would be rude and in attentive and chances would be that I would not be satisfied.
After purchasing my 2014 Dodge Ram from another location because I didn’t want to pay the absorbent higher price for a new vehicle, I very reluctantly turned my keys over to get a warranty issue resolved on a tire. I waited at the counter for 7 minutes with two people sitting in front of me NEVER acknowledging that I even came in. After one lady finished her personal call regarding her iPhone problem, she passed me off to another that was copying paperwork.
I just needed the tire changed out with the spare so they could investigate the cause and course if action. I would leave the tire there. As I Stand by the counter because I don’t see a waiting area nor have I been directed to one, I write this review after 51 minutes of standing. I’m still listening to the grumbles of both customer service people, ignoring phone calls, and when they do answer, it’s with a gruff «service» over the phone.
I love the truck I purchased and enjoyed the experience that Dave Smith Dodge gave me, but I almost wish I had went a different route due to the epic poor performance of my local dealership.
Sure wish another Dodge dealer was around.
