I’ve been going to Renee’s about once a month for over a year now and am always completely satisfied. I generally stick with the same massage therapist (Emily) but have tried one other person and when I was not satisfied Renee offered me another session. It’s a tranquil atmosphere and the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. They have many services to choose from at reasonable-​ish prices and the availability for appointments is usually pretty flexible as well. I’ve referred Renee’s to other people and purchases gift certificates too– it’s just too good to keep the secret all to myself!

I’ve been to Renee’s twice and both visits were incredible.
My first appointment was with Cathleen and when I made my second appointment I couldn’t get in with her and was bummed, but ended up with Kelly who did just as incredible a job! They really work with you based on your needs. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing from the time you walk in the door. I walked out of there feeling more relaxed than ever!
Looking forward to trying out some of the package deals in the near future! I can feel the stress melting away just thinking about it.
My only gripe is parking — be sure to think that through depending on what time your appointment is, downtown Willoughby can be a pain.

I visited Renee’s Massotherapy today for the first time. My appointment was with Emily for a deep tissue massage. It was amazing! I swear I forgot where I was for a while. I was completely relaxed and it was great! She worked some serious knots out of my back and shoulders. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Emily!
