Bought a new computer and was happy with overall service. Alex and his brother were very accommodating and will definitely use them again for future computer needs!

Poor business and customer service ethic. Deliberately did the opposite of what I asked when dealing with one of their eBay listings. They sent me a broken speaker and when I asked for a replacement they agreed to it. Instead, they refunded the money into my paypal account which loses me a percentage on my refund and they refuse to reimburse me shipping charges cuz of a label mistake. Knowing that I wanted a replacement, and agreeing to it, they didn’t give me a chance to fix whatever they say I did wrong in the return process, and went ahead and just refunded money into my account and canceled my exchange without any notice to me. they just did it and basically told me I’m out of luck.
