Stopped for a bagel and a coffee despite seeing some poor reviews as it was right along the route for my trip. Typical chain type bagel shop. Good assortment of bagels. I got a rye bagel toasted with cream cheese, and a hazelnut coffee to go. Both were fine, nothing extraordinary but not bad either. Place was not crowded at all and service was fine. I was in and out in a couple of minutes.

this place used to be the best! ever… but recently, it is not. the owner, the father-​was so friendly happy and just awesome! love that guy but recently i have not seem him there. and now the food is horrible! :(went there over the weekend and the cook, a young guy, actually served me a hash brown that was so over cooked, there was no potato left in it! it was so greasy and just dry. what happened to manager, the father, that worked here? he needs to come back…

Never again. The employee had the gall to argue with me at length when they didn’t have a mocha flavor, which he described as ‘hot cocoa’. By the time I realized what he was talking about, he’d already rung up an extra large blended mocha (after I asked for a small), and was asking for money. I gave up and forked over $ 5 for the worst blended mocha ever.

Food is good, always is. Manager is an absolute maniac. Dude– guests expect to wait just relax the place isn’t on fire. Really unenjoyable place to eat but again food is good.

I wish I could give 0 stars this place is an insult to what a true Manhattan bagel. Dunkin has better bagels than here. The Taylor pork roll tastes like imitation. This is most likely one of the worst breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had.

OMG gross– do not go here! Moldy AC and Sticky tables/​floors should’ve been my first clue. The fact that they messed up our order 3 times (while we checked it each time) was the final straw. Staff doesn’t understand English and had no idea what the pictures on the posters were of… Dirty building and disgusting attempt at food. So nasty!

Just got my order home and it is wrong. I have allergies and since they did not give me what I asked for, my order a garbage. Communication was difficult and clearly they didn’t understand to put the sandwich on a wrap and no sauce or mayo. I will never ever go back again. I’m hungry and wasted all my cash on what is now in the trash. Get some staff who understand the customers!!!
