Baked Addictions a la mode will satisfy any dessert craving with our everything-​made-​from-​scratch offerings including ice cream cones, sundaes, milk shakes, soda floats, cookies, cakes, pies, cupcakes, muffins, specialty coffee, and much much more. Add a scoop of rich and creamy, homemade frozen custard to any baked good and top it with our own recipe of hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, or caramel sauce. You won’t regret it when you «Remember the a la mode!»

History

Established in 2014.

Baked addictions LLC is located in Willow Park, TX in the Aledo ISD. After decades of countless people across the United States of America craving Erika’s Thornburg’s baked goods and being offered large sums of money for her recipes, we finally decided in August 2014 to open Baked Addictions as an in-​home bakery under the Texas Cottage Food Law. A year later, Baked Addictions is moving into a commercial location and adding our homemade frozen custard ice cream to the menu.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

The owner and operators of Baked Addictions LLC are Erika Thornburg and her husband, Brian Thornburg. Erika and Brian both grew up in Akron, Ohio. Erika was around baking at a young age because her mom baked and decorated cakes. Erika has been baking as long as she can remember and been known for her chocolate chip cookies as well as many other desserts. She would transport her goodies in a round Tupperware container that was what people looked for at events. She thinks about people when she makes certain things because she knows they are their favorites. Erika is always baking and considers it a stress relief! Erika and Brian have been married since 1995. Brian works at Jamak in Weatherford and is on City Council in Willow Park. Erika & Brian have 4 wonderful kids in the Aledo schools.
