We specialize in providing software systems for retail repair stores or shops. In addition to the software product, we provide consulting services to help retail stores grow their business.
History
Established in 2011.
While some software products come from observing a business from the «outside» and creating a product to fit the observation, our story evolves from the perspective of «walking in the shoes» of a business owner and creating a product to specifically fit the needs of the business.
The founder of Chicago Computer Club (CCC), began a computer repair/retail store in Chicago in 2003, and soon grew the business to a point of opening a second store in 2004, at which point, the founder hired Steven Wu to develop the MaNova product for retail repair stores and became the current system used in all Chicago Computer Club stores. The MaNova product is used daily to perform the operations of each store. The owners of the Chicago Computer Club contribute the MaNova product for helping them to grow from two stores up to the current seven stores. The MaNova product is currently offered in Chicago Computer Club franchise offerings. Future Star Software was created as a separate business in 2011.

Business Owner
Steven Wu, the founder of Future Star Software, graduated from one of the best universities in China. Upon graduation he became a programmer and worked for a mobile communication company to develop their Operational, Accounting and Billing system.
He came to U.S. in 2006, and started working for Chicago Computer Club Corp and became the general manager of the company, helping the company grow from 2 locations to 8 locations in five years. During his time at Chicago Computer Club Corp. Steven developed and enhanced the MaNova product. In addition, his ideas and direction grew the client base to include 2000 members and help develop the franchise model for Chicago Computer Club.
In 2011, Steven opened Future Star Software Inc. to bring to the repair store marketplace his development of the MaNova application, and provide his consulting experiences to propsective clients.
Steven philosophy that software is a tool to help you manage your business and should not be a burden to use.
