In addition to lifetime career in the Finance Industry, I have found my true calling and dharma in Holistic Health & Nutrition. I specialize in Ayurveda, Yoga and Energy Healing. My experience has led me to know how to tactfully work with the public on highly sensitive and confidential matters, as well as understand first-​hand the stressful toll that modern-​day life puts on the body. Current demands have created a huge challenge in eating right, exercising and resting properly.

Through my own experiences and additional education, I have learned how to assist others in finding balance. I opened this business in 2014 to introduce the beautiful world of Ayurveda to my community.

I specialize in Ayurveda, Yoga and Energy Healing. My background includes Brokerage Account Administration, Financial Planning and Investments, Insurance, Business Development, Public Relations, Marketing and Staff Coaching.

I hold numerous SEC FINRA-​Regulated Securities Trading Licenses and I am an Illinois State Life/​Health Insurance Agent.

My experience has led me to know how to tactfully work with the public on highly sensitive and confidential matters, as well as understand first-​hand the stressful toll that modern-​day life puts on the body.
