We have some of the best Smoked Ham and Turkeys in the business today. We also have a Beef Jerky that is out of this world that the family has been making for over 65 years! At Wills Point we also have a Catfish and Shrimp Restaurant open Thursday thru Saturday from 5pm to 9 pm with the best catfish and East Texas. So you can come here for one of the best Ham sandwiches or BBQ or some down home southern catfish on the weekends and great service to boot.

Established in 1970.

My uncle (Harold Craft) opened the store back in 1971 and I took it over in 2003 so this location has been in our family or 44 years serving Van Zandt County and customers from all over the world that travel through

I have been in the food business since I graduated from Texas A&M University in 1985. I have always been drawn to hard work, success and quality. Robertson’s Ham has quality that is not comparable out there in the marketplace from our bacon, hams, turkey or jerky we are top of the line.

Yummy all you can eat catfish and shrimp. The tea was so good and the cherry and peach cobbler blew me away. Love their ham sandwiches and buy the beef jerky. This is our go to place when driving in Dallas. $ 15 per person during the catfish/​shrimp buffet. Its so worth the money. Delicious!

This place isn’t too far from us so we like to order fried Catfish on the weekend. They have an all you can catfish and shrimp buffet on Friday & Saturday night. We have eldery parents at home so we usually get to go orders. Everything is good here… Fried & homemade pies, smoked ham, turkey, and bacon, beef jerky, etc. Sometimes when we are craving BBQ we stop and get sandwiches and take them home. All their food is great. We are regulars.

Meh. Ham sandwiches were terrible. I won’t exit the highway to eat those again. I might try their catfish buffet on the weekends though, if I’m in the area fishing again.

Of the 3 Robertson’s I’ve been to, this one is the best.
It is the largest and has the best selection. This is a must stop if you ever get stuck driving between Dallas and Houston.
Try both the beef jerkey and the turkey jerkey. Both are excellent. They also have various sandwiches which will help your hunger while you do the long drive. The sandwiches are around $ 4.

I’ve seen the signs for Robertson’s REAL Beef Jerky along I-​20 dozens and dozens of times when trekking my to/​from Louisiana and finally was hungry enough on my way home to stop and grab a sammich.
Pulling up past the old school gas station pumps (numeric wheels? Haven’t seen those in a decade) into the dirt parking lot took me back to my formative years out in the sticks.
Grab a Coke out of the cooler, mosey up to the counter, and order a sandwich. The most expensive sandwich is $ 3.99. My $ 2.99 sandwich had about a half pound of DELICIOUS ham and a slice of swiss cheese. I also grabbed a homemade cherry turnover, which was awesome. It was like a Hostess Pie on ‘roids.
I ate my sandwich outside on a picnic table listening to the hum of traffic passing by on I-​20 and enjoyed the simple taste of a well made ham sandwich. Good times.
