I went for my touch up visit and once again I am extremely happy with the results. I have been so confident when not wearing makeup since I got this done. Also, when people ask «what’s new» and I say my eyebrows, they have to get up close to discern the tattoo marks for what they are. Everyone thinks they are just my eyebrows. I will most likely need touch-​ups every few years, but in my opinion it is so worth it.

There was a mass email sent out this month, January 2014, to the email addresses on file requesting «models» to PAY FOR being used for a demonstration for some sort. I asked for some attempt to remedy the damage done to me for free. Yeah, needless to say not only did I not get a response, but I got another mass email stating that the spots had been filled. Why am I surprised that my emails were never responded to this entire time? Please do NOT trust your skin or any PERMANENT COSMETICS to this unethical company. The DAMAGE is PERMANENT. And if they mess you up I promise you won’t hear or see any admittance of fault or apologies, if anything at all.
P. S. I don’t care if I have to keep updating this review for the rest of my life. I will never let you forget what you did to my skin, to my honeymoon, to my self esteem, and to my life.

I COULDN’T DISAGREE MORE with the previous reviews. Finding Elena and Chicago Permanent Cosmetics has been LIFE CHANGING – FOR THE BETTER! I initially went to see Elena for a permanet cosmetic procedure of my hairline and was SO THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS that I soon requested a consultation for permanet makeup on my eyebrows and then subsequently facial skin rejuvination. Being in the healthcare industry myself, I can tell you that safety and patient privacy is of the upmost concern to me and I found Elena and her staff to be nothing more than extremely professional in this regard. In fact, I thought her methods were probably more conservative than the actual standards may be but I so appreciate that in all people I see for myself (and work with) whom are trusted with my or others healthcare. Elena was very specific in terms of outcomes and their time frames and any changes she expected along the way. I have had multiple sessions at my own request to obtain the look that I was comfortable with whether it be facial lines, scars, or permanent make up. I would recommend (and have recommend) CPCC and Elena to anyone interested in these type of procedures and now through my own experiences understand why people travel from far and wide to be her client. Thank you Elena and CPCC for giving me a renewed confidence! I am eternally grateful!!!

The initial service was good as well as the location. Ufortunately, the vitiligo procedure did not work well. The follow up procedure would have been full price & I was not instructed to come into the office so that the results could be viewed.
