There are many approaches to meditation and I have practiced most of them. The reason I practice and teach iRest® Yoga Nidra is that I get the greatest sense of joy from it. From the very first time I was introduced to iRest®, it helped me to leave behind anxiety and find greater clarity and happiness.
Because of that, I decided to get certified in the practice by Richard Miller’s Integrative Restoration organization. I am near completion of the 3rd level of certification. I want mediation to be available to anyone. It has benefits on the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual levels — on the whole person. What the ancient yogis knew has been reconfirmed by scientists over thousands of studies. I love helping people learn this simple but deeply effective practice.
