I love this place! My first class was Intro to aerial yoga which was the perfect introduction to getting back in shape. I was relaxed, stretched, and felt great afterwards. Then I found a groupon for something like 70% off the intro to aerial class. (Seriously this is a STEAL!) The class was taught by the owner Brianna and Ken. After 90 minutes, they had covered trapeze, lyra, and silks and we were flipping, twisting, hanging, and posing like stars! The age range was from teenagers to their middle aged moms, some people were fit, others not so much — but we ALL learned the tricks! Bria and Ken are wonderful teachers, they’re very patient and great at explaining moves step by step. I just signed up for the 6 week aerial prep course and I can’t wait!
