Only one star because u had to put at least one to post a review Just needed a phone Nothing complicated… 2 hrs now And still waiting … The guys in front of us were here for 6 .5 hrs Make it an all day adventure. Bring food Absolutely unacceptable . No sense of any urgency by the staff

I wish to commend Brian Kruse of the ATT Concord Executive store. I had a problem my wifi. I was not able to connect online with my computer. I had spent more than 3 hours with technical support. They had my change my sim card in my hot spot box which did not solve my problem. Brian listened to our complaint and within 5 minutes he was able to solve our problem. It was nothing more than a setting change. We were up and running thanks to him. He was extremely professional, a good listener.

I received really good service from Ron and the guy who checks people in. When I first arrived I think checker in guy was in the back but he jumped right on it when he came out. Already having ATT iPhones, I wanted a headset because sometimes but often enough people have trouble hearing me. Very frustrating when on conference call and people keep telling you to speak up. They were extremely helpful. The new noise cancellation technology is amazing. Tried out my new jawbone headset with defrosters on high(guess I missed the forecast about all this snow today) and my wife did not hear the car defroster fans at all. Before I left Ron put his info into my phone to call with any questions. Hard to get better than that.

I visited this AT&T store to order GoPhone service for my new Nexus 4. There was somewhat of a wait for service but I noticed that they give each customer plenty of time, so perhaps that is reasonable. Anyway, in that one visit, they got me the correct SIM card and had my phone set up, tested, and ready to go. So it was definitely a productive visit.
