Brandywine Realty Management

This has been one of the worst experiences ever. The management company is unresponsive and I feel that they are just waiting out my lease which doesn’t end for almost 4 months. My stove hasn’t worked reliably in months. MONTHS! The owners bring in their appliance repair people to look at it and they don’t fix it. We get another appliance repair guy in there and he tells us what needs to be replaced. We paid for the estimate OURSELVES and reached out to the management company and they are blowing us off. This is just the most recent issue they are ignoring us about.
Apparently Brandywine Realty is fine taking any kind of property without inspecting it or properly interviewing owners and then ignoring tenats who just want the basics. A toilet that doesn’t run and ruin the floor (so they don’t try to keep the deposit) or a stove that works. I’m sure if I withhold rent they’ll be all up in arms and try to ruin my credit immediately.
So many other realty companies out there, go with them. Not Brandywine Realty Managment.
