Grooming, bathing, companionship, errands, dimentia care as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation. Caring and compassionate care for your loved ones while giving familes peace of mind. History

Established in 2002.

Establised in 2002, Care Alternatives was one of the first agencys to offer companionship care. It became clear serveral years later that in order for us to continue to care for the clients and families that we had grown to love and appreciate, that we would need to offer additional levels of care. We became licensed by the State of N.C. to provide personal care services in 2009 (after a moratorium ended). Since then, Care Alternatives has become a leader for in home care in Eastern N.C. Providing services to a wide range of families and through the Senior Resource Center, various Independent and Assisted Living Facilities and Special Government Funded Programs. We understand the needs of our clients and ensure that they have the best care available. Caring. Compassionate. Capable.

Business Owner

Danielle Camaret Wilson graduated from N.C. State University in 1999 and went to work in finance and marketing. Several years later, she took a leave of absence to help with her aging grandfather. At that time, she realized that her true passion was in helping people. Families needed a place to get reliable help and she wanted to be the one providing that care in Eastern N.C. Danielle is passionate about providing high quality care for her clients and loves knowing that she is helping families by providing a much needed service.
