I signed up for couple days to try it out. I liked the workouts. It is a good mix of total body conditioning and crossfit. As a new member I felt welcomed, but expected to get a little more attention /​guidance regarding proper form /​technique.
Facility is good and it includes small indoor track.
My biggest issue with this place is how dirty it is. Men’s locker room was pretty nasty. Synthetic turf is full of dirt. Even long time members complained about it when we had to lay down on the floor for stretching.

Catz is the workout that you have been looking for your whole life. In small classes they lay out a workout for you that will build agility, strength, and flexibility. Adult classes range from 5 to 20 people and will bring you back to your high school athletic level.
So much better than your typical gym!

CATZ picks up where CrossFit leaves off.
The basics:
— Class program, all types of fitness levels
— Great athletic workout. Doesn’t just make you tired, makes you more of an athlete
— Full body strength training mixed with agility, plyometrics, and dynamic flexibility
— You will leave here exhausted but with a smile, as it was fun workout
— circuit-​based training, the hour goes fast
— instructors know their stuff and for the most part care.

Love working out here compared to a regular gym. If you want to be bored go to a gym. If you want to be strong go to CrossFit. If you want to be an athlete go to CATZ.
