Chained Out opened it’s first of many future locations in the historical Downtown Wilmington Cotton Exchange building. Chained Out offers 3 different product models or services including Vape (E-​Cig), Apparel (Custom), and Disc Golf related items such as shirts, bags, discs, and collectables.

With our Vapor E-​cig products, we offer a variety of batteries, mods (mechanical and variable), RDA’s, tanks, coils, etc. for both start up first timers and daily drippers.

With our Apparel line, we offer both in-​house and custom designs. Our in-​house designer is always creating new art which we press and offer in store. In addition, we offer customized sports, events, leagues, etc. shirts. Coaching a little league team and need team shirts? We can help!
