There online auto payment service miss-​posted a payment and 5 customer reps and 2 departments later they still cant give me an answer to the very simple question.
This is all set now? So the miss applied payment wont happen again?

Banking is what you make of it. I have been a Chase card customer since 1989. It has evolved from a free Visa to a fee bearing Sapphire preferred. I have been a Chase customer from 1988. I was a personal banker with Chase 3 years ago. Now, I am a businessman with business accounts and Chase business credit cards.
This morning I called regarding a late fee of $ 39.00. I had transferred the full amount of the statement. However, the due date was Sunday, 8÷05÷12. The transfer happened on 8÷06÷12. I called and was promptly refunded the late fee. Efficient, quick and easy.

I applied for chase freedom card. I have almost a year of credit. Ive always paid my cards on time and i pay more then the minimum. Ive never had a late payment. I was denied due to my credit history. I called the recon number and the lady told me i needed to have a longer credit history.
So asked her ifm theres anything else to due because i havent had any bad marks on my credit and ive always paid on time. She said they want to see more history. I asked how much. And she said they dont have a certain amount? So then why would she say i need to have a longer credit history!!! The whole point of getting the card is to build credit. I was thinking about moving to Chase after my friend recommended me to them, and close my current bank account but now seems like its unlikely i will because I dont want to be having multiplw banks to go to.
