Event Shuttle Service is a locally owned luxury limo and transportation company in Wilmington, NC. Our collection of custom Mercedes-​Benz Sprinter shuttles and 24 passenger Executive Shuttle are perfect for corporate travel, special occasions or events.

Event Shuttle Service began in 2011 after taking one too many bad limo rides. We couldn’t find a limo service in town that had exactly what we wanted: a recent models, well maintained vehicles with luxurious interiors, and first rate customer service.

We decided to create a limo service that’s a cut above the rest. We started with Mercedes-​Benz Sprinter vans and customized each vans with beautiful interior and desirable features like flat screen TV’s, surround sound, wraparound leather seating, and offer a wheelchair accessible option. Our Mercedes Sprinters are like limos, but better.

We are proud to staff an incredible crew of experienced and professional limousine drivers. Licensed, bonded & insured.

Our company used Event Shuttle Service to transport our managers around town during their stay from 6⁄28 — 6⁄29. We could not have had a more accommodating experience. Our driver, Jim, was the best, always willing to do whatever we asked even the last minute changes/​requests. We would definitely use Event Shuttle Service again.

I asked on December 14 for estimated transportation costs for a round trip in a van for four adults between Leland to Thalian Hall on New Year’s Eve. After confirming desired times for transportation, Amanda Baker replied on 12⁄16 with a quote of $ 599. I had cost estimates of $ 34 to $ 40 from Über and $ 50 from Carolina Yellow Cab. $ 599 seems a little out of range.

Great, friendly service from the scheduling to the driving. Theresa was a great driver who made sure everything was set up for us and assisted us in every way possible. Definiately the way to go (especially if tailgating)!

Our experience was very good. The shuttle was on time, it was very clean and comfortable.
Our driver was very professional, the service was very accommodating to our needs. It is a great idea for a group of people to go and have a good time without worrying about traffic, finding and paying for parking and it allows you to have as much time as you need to enjoy yourself.
I would certainly recommend this service and I will use them again.

We booked transport with Event Shuttle Service for a girls weekend and were blown away by the amazing service! They were helpful, flexible, very accommodating and just an overall pleasure to work with. The vehicle was definitely the nicest I have ever seen. They offered a drop off and pick up service which no one else provided making it affordable as well. To top it all off our driver was wonderful. I highly recommend Event Shuttle Services and will definitely be using them again in the future!
