Dr. Nadiv Shapira, a prior cardiothoracic surgeon from the Christiana Care Hospital system is the medical director of the spa and does all the spider and varicose vein treatment, Botox and dermal fillers, and SmartLipo Triplex body sculpting. Our paramedical aesthetician offers tattoo removal, nail fungus laser treatment, laser hair removal skin and photo rejuvenation to remove age spots. Liz Martin, our skincare aesthetician does facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplanning, and waxing.

Business Owner

Nadiv Shapira MD, FACS, FACPh, opened First State Vein and Laser Med-​Spa in January 2011. He comes from a background as a Cardio-​thoracic surgeon at the Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware. He offers in-​depth evaluations and a wide range of minimally-​invasive and non-​invasive interventions. And presently loves the challenge of cosmetic procedures. He has become an expert in SmartLipo body sculpting, spider and varicose vein treatment and Botox and dermal fillers.
