With so many «cheater» lenses/​frames out there, I just expected more from a doctor’s office. Not a conversationalist for sure. Didn’t feel as though I had a complete exam. No questions asked from doctor and definitely no personality at all. Will not refer Dr. Foti to friends.

I’ve been seeing Dr Foti for several years with no problems. However the last time I called to order contacts, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and had a temper tantrum when I didn’t have my insurance information available right then and there. I tried to call back and she hung up. After a couple of times of trying to get through, she apparently just left the phone off the hook because the phone call wouldn’t go through.

This guy has tons of glowing reviews on other sites; I can’t figure it out. He has the personality of a styrofoam plate and is quite obese. I’m sorry, but it’s hard for me to take a medical professional seriously when they’re so unhealthy… maybe it’s due to a medical condition that he cannot control; who knows. He also made me try on a pair of uncomfortable contact lenses even though I came wearing my glasses and had no intention of changing the brand of lenses that I wear. It was impossible to see enough to get them in inside the tiny, dark exam room. I just didn’t like the entire experience and didn’t feel comfortable. He needs to work on his people skills. It really made me miss my old eye doctor, who was a sweetheart and gave me eye exams for nearly 35 years before he retired. The only good thing I have to say about my experience is he didn’t dilate my pupils and the girls running the front desk are nice.
