If I could give less than 1 star I would. They consistently do not have working doors or security codes and I can not get in after hours to drop off or pick up items. Planned a camping trip and had to cancel my vacation because I could not get in to pick up equipment. There is no 24 hour customer service as is stated on the building, no one returns messages. Unacceptable.

24hour drop off very convenient! They called to confirm they had checked in the equipment I had rented, before I could call them! Not many people around hold up their end of the deals, but these guys did. They didn’t even really make money off me, but they made me feel like a valued customer! Thanks guys!
