Goju Training is amazing! If you are looking for a place that specializes and fitness and overall wellness this is the place to come. Kenny and his team of trainers are experts in not only martial arts; they provide education on nutrition and make it a priority to help you reach your fitness/​wellness goals. They are very professional and welcoming; you feel the energy as soon as you walk in from everyone including clients. No matter what level you’re at, everyone makes you feel welcomed and that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to regardless of your size. All of the fitness classes and personal training will challenge you each time, so your body and mind goes through a transformation. Stick with it and you will be pleased. They motivate, inspire, and get results! We always end every workout with the quote «Personal Power»!
