Established in 2015.
Newly open in June of 2015. Invoke was opened to offer a classy private environment for tattoo collectors while offering private creative spaces for Artist. Opened by Kurt Elkins who started tattooing in 2005 just outside of Charlotte before moving to Wilmington in 2010.
