This place is overrated. Located in a sad little neighborhood. Terrible food and way overpriced. Bad customer service. The lady at the register scowled at me fiercely as I walked in the door, and her harsh facial expression remained unchanged the entire experience. I ordered the steak and cheese based on previous Unilocal reviews, and Cole slaw on the side. Total was $ 15 plus another $ 3 for some stale orange juice. The sandwich meat was mostly chunks of gristle and fat. Cole slaw was past expiration, tasted like mold. Finally I was disgusted by the multitude of human hairs(not mine) I found in the sandwich. I ate about 2 bites, gagged, and threw the rest away, as the hairs killed my appetite.

So I’ve worked in the area for about 2 ½ years and I didn’t know this place existing until a month ago! I had to return some cable equipment to Comcast(which was the easiest experience at that Wilmington Comcast… but that’s another review…) — and noticed Peter’s Pizza & Roast Beef in the same plaza and decided to check it out for lunch. The staff is very friendly. The menu options are what you’d expect for a local sub shop. I had a steak and cheese sub that was pretty excellent. They have great fries too! I’ve been back a couple times since and every time the food is consistently good and the service is on point. Haven’t had a chance to try the pizza, but the subs are A+! Glad to have such a solid lunch spot so close to the office!

This place is great. They have THEBEST steak and cheese I’ve had in the area and trust me I’ve gone everywhere. Their wraps are also the best in the area. The owner(Clark) is always there and seems to take a lot of pride on his business. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Im sorry but I have to give this place 2 stars. I ordered a pizza and what was lacking was the sauce. Really no flavor at all. I liked the crust, toppings, cheese but the sauce was meh and I think the flavor of the sauce is what makes a great pizza really great. Ill try them again for other items though and see.

This was my first time ordering from peters. I’m new to the area and received a flyer in the mail. Their vast menu intimated me at first thinking quality would be an issue. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, italian sub and an order of their spicy fries. Opening the box that held my pizza was extremely filled with trepidation. I didn’t want to be disappointed and I indeed was not! This was some of the best pizza I’ve had in the area; the best! I ordered the sub just in case the pizza was not to par. Well now I have a great place for pizza and Italian subs! I have yet to try the rest of their menu but I’m sold and extremely happy about this 1st delivery order.

Ordered dinner from here tonight for the second time. Last time was acceptable and this time the roast beef was not even sliced correctly. Gave them the chance to make it right and followed up with a phone call. Once the call was answered I spoke with the lady who took my order and she put me on hold for a second. A man picked up and was told I was wrong and that it was me. I am done with this place and highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere. There are quite a few other places in town with excellent roast beef, and a hell of a lot better service. When the driver showed up he beeped expecting my girlfriend to put her stuff down and go get the food from him. Total joke of a place, from the service to the food. Don’t give this place the time of day.

First time trying this place. Seemed like a standard pizza and sub place however it was not my favorite. The order took an hour when they said 40 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger sub and onion rings. The cheeseburger sub was average. Its hard to go wrong with a burger. the bread could have been toasted or something and they added mayo but didnt add ketchup which i feel like is unheard of. i didnt even ask for mayo. The onion rings were quite bad. It seems like they overloaded in the fryer causing them to all stick together. They were lukewarm and very oily. Overall with the mediocre food and the long delivery time I would not go back.

No reviews for this place in 18 months… and I’m not surprised as to why. Macklin L. and I ordered take-out from Peter’s and I have to admit, I’m pretty disappointed. Delivery took almost an hour(they said 40 minutes on the phone, and my office is just two miles away) and once the food finally got here, it was seriously underwhelming. I’m still looking for the«buffalo» in my Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and the garlic bread, which was supposed to have Marinara sauce and Mozzarella cheese, tasted like ketchup and Kraft cheese instead. The food wasn’t terrible, but come on guys, step your game up.

I recently tried the pizza from Petes and I can say it is fantastic. The crust is buttery and crisp and I usually don’t eat my pizza crust — but this one I do.
