History
Established in 1978.
In 1978, George Rogers had a vision, a dream to create a new type of staffing organization – one that offered the resources and expertise of a national firm with the spirit, dedication and personal service of smaller, entrepreneurial firms. The result is PrideStaff, a national staffing organization delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day. Through a combination of strong leadership at the national and local level, PrideStaff has consistently delivered exceptional service to our clients and field associates. Over our 25 plus year history, our model has been highly successful. Year after year, our growth has consistently outpaced the growth of the staffing industry.
Our office staff shares many years of experience in staffing and recruiting. For us it is so much more than a job: it is our way to support our local community. The community where we love to live.

With over 25 years of sales and executive leadership experience in the financial services industry, I am a results-oriented professional who identifies opportunities, develops solutions and leads execution to drive growth and profitability.
Through the years, I’ve worked with small to mid-size businesses — partnering, consulting and customizing solutions to support their growth. I was named a 2011 Women of Influence Award winner by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Delaware.
I have dedicated most of my career to recruiting, growing and retaining top talent. My collective experiences have taught me how critical hiring exceptional people — individuals who are a great fit for both job requirements and company culture — is to an organization’s success.
Now, as an Owner/Strategic-Partner, I am able to combine my talents with PrideStaff’s resources to elevate my team, my clients and the business community at large.
