Pronto Pizza

Really bad customer service I pre-​ordered by phone a cheese bread pizza when I got there to pick it up they had messed up on my order completely and gave me a regular cheese pizza I didn’t order I let them know that wasn’t what I had ordered and and Gabriel G. the assistant manager was really rude she stated she couldn’t do anything about the pizza I ask her if she could just give me a cheese bread pizza and charge me the difference HER WORDS! with an attitude what em I supposed to do with the pizza no body wants a cheese pizza and while serving my chicken wings and tossing them with such force just took my appetite right away… Don’t get me wrong there pizza is pretty good they just have to work on there customer services and hire people who are actually motivated to work there not someone who is rude gives attitude and is going to make there customers not want to go back like me I will not be going back there ever again Pronto tip of advice you need a better manager assistant…

I just had the worst experience here… Our order was incorrect and we did not realize it until we had already paid, mind you we never walked out of the facility and checked our order in front of her. The assistant manager Gabriela, became extremely defensive when we asked her if she would correct the order. She became very rude and angry, she refused to refund our money, as well as make the correct pizza we had initially ordered, she stated «what am I supposed to do? Throw it in the trash «, we are not allowed to throw any food away. She threw my hot wings into the box with such force that she nearly dropped the container. Gabriela did not want to give me her name or a corporate number to call and complain. Her lack of customer service skills and over the top rudeness have convinced me to take my business elsewhere.

I’m not a big fan of pizza, but I love Pronto’s Pizza! They always taste consistent and the crust is so fluffy.

Cheese tastes amazing and thats what stands out on their pizzas.
They also put a good amount of toppings.
Pizzas are always hot and fresh everytime i go which is around 7.
Great customer service too.

My FAVORITE pizza!!! 99% of the time it’s amazing but then there’s that 1% that the cook acts like the cost of cheese is coming out of his pocket :/​. But for $ 5 this pizza Is amazing and it’s honestly my favorite im addicted!

The pizza alright nothing special could uses somemore pepperoni Cheap Pizza. When got it i added bacon bits save a few bucks that way. They charge you for parmesan cheese which is NOT right. Other pizza places don’t.

I can’t say enough about this particular Pronto Pizza store.
These guys are awesome! They seem like a great crew — always being so friendly and kind. AND… AND… they always remember my order and always give me a great pizza. That pizza is actually for an 82 year old gentleman who I caregive for and Friday is pizza night. He loves it and loves to hear about how much I love getting our pizza night pizza at this great store with the nicest staff.
You never know who’s day you’re going to make better just by being kind and caring. Than you, thank you, thank you.

great pizza, awesome price. I always order ½ pepperoni & ½ mushrooms. Always hot 5*for sure…

I place pick up orders here all the time why? Because its one of the two best pizza shops in wilmington i always order 2 large pepperoni with EXTRA SAUCE and they always go beyond my expectations even when i go to pick up my order they show me that they added the extra sauce so i can know that I’m picking up exactly what i ordered, and save me the hassle of going home and back if they happened to screw up my order. Also the extra sauce not only helps with flavor and re-​heating the next day. Also the crust is actually pretty good as well warm and soft kinda chewy but non the less this shop is dope and last thing the young lady’s that work there really put effort into there jobs with there customer service good job and keep it up PRONTO PIZZA.

The pizza is so good! Order a CHESSE bread pizza! The prices are very reasonable for a whole pizza! A pepperoni pizza is ALWAYS ready to go! The only issue that they NEED TO FIX IS THE WORKERS! The workers have attitude. Best pizza spot after red west of course!

Delicious pizza! Dulce is always nice and very professional. I’ll definitely recommend this pronto’s to other people. Plus you can’t beat price!

An employee named Dulce helped me decide how many pizzas I might need for a get together and had them ready for me on time. Her costumer service was excellent and definitely made my day. ill be returning to get my pizzas on time and fast.

Its delicious it didn’t get the five stars bcus the parking is terrible !!! N Ofcourse everytime I asked for crushed pepper they give me two what the hell I just bought four pizzas !!! Like seriously… But pizza is delicious !!!

Just called Pronto’s to place an order for my son’s birthday party tomorrow and Jose H assisted me, he was great and placing the order was easy. I love Pronto Pizza!

Pretty good pizza on the go too! Want to sit in, relax, enjoy a beer, sure why not! Dos xx on tap, amber to be exact! Couple other beers as well. Little salad bar. One time use with a purchase if a salad hahaha nvm demoted to 3 for that non sense. Wings w ranch and clearly, sure. Decent spot for pizza in Wilmington

Absolutely reedemed themselves after a bad experience! The customer service i received was wonderful i was very pleased, and the pizza was amazing!

Alright. This place is called Pronto Pizza for a reason. It’s because their $ 5.25 pepperoni and cheese pizza specials are already made when you get there. And it’s exactly as it sounds: you pay for $ 5 pizza and you get $ 5 quality pizza.
The breadsticks were pretty meh… And so was the crust on the pizza. Also, the pizza got me sick when I rewarmed it.
Oh, and it’s to-​go only.

This pizza is fast and cheap. You really cant beat it. To go carry out only

Pepperoni or Cheese for $ 5?! Awesome!!! The Veggie is $ 10 & just as awesome!!! One pizza feeds about 2 – 3.

Seriously… the best chain pizza in LA! Puts Dominos, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s to shame.
Totally stumbled upon Pronto Pizza randomly since we were famished, and even had to eat it in the car, but damn was it good stuff. My favorite is their Supreme Pizza.
Reasons to go to Pronto Pizza:
1) You can get a Large Pepperoni or Cheese pizza for $ 5.
2) You can get Supreme or Meat Lovers large pizza for $ 10.
3) They totally pile on the toppings… surely, a happy mouth in every bite.
4) Toppings, cheese and dough all taste really fresh — like farmer’s market fresh!
5) I’ve never had pizza that tasted so good the next day — even microwaved.
6) Chicken wings!!!
7) It’s fast, I think it takes maybe 10 mins from the time you order.
Only potential downside is it seems like all the Pronto Pizza locations are located in the ghetto… but I guess that’s how you know it’s good stuff. :)
