I’m a fan of places with a frikkin’ *process.* There’s an order to things which gives everyone (staff and customers) a sense of comfort and cluefulness. Quest Diagnostics doesn’t disappoint.
I am one of those lucky freaks who gets her arm sporked and drained every three months, and these folks do it with panache and a smile. No bruises, no pinches– heck, I don’t even need a cookie or a band-​aid when I’m done.
Online appointments mean you walk right in and are called within moments, the way G-​d intended.
[Edited to add: As of 2÷1÷2011, they no longer accept Blue Cross/​Blue Shield. If you’re a BC/​BS customer, ya gotta go to Labcorp.]
