Friendly, clean and efficient Starbucks. Whenever I’m back home, the Wilmington Starbucks is my go-​to. I love coming in here and being warmly received by the employees. The quality is always consistent. I wish I could move this Starbucks location down by my house because they are THAT good.

Best Starbucks around! By far the most consistent! At this location I am always welcomed by friendly employees who get the order just right and everyone seems to work together so efficiently. Employees from other local locations should train in Wilmington. Mostly they are great… It’s just not as consistent…

Oh man, where to start? First, don’t greet a customer with «what’s up?». Second, don’t tell me what I ordered won’t taste good just to cover up the fact you screwed the order up. I ordered it for a reason. Third, I don’t appreciate you playing air hockey across the counter with my food. Place it down or hand it to me. I’m not gonna bite you. If it wasn’t for the gift card I had I’d be at Dunks down the street.

This is the best Starbucks of any I’ve ever been to. I go a couple times a month to this one and they never fail to impress me with their friendliness and eagerness to get it right. Other nearby locations don’t make half the effort they do in this regard. They, in fact, overheard me say this very thing when I was visiting a few months ago, and the barista very sweetly handed me a card for a complimentary drink for my next visit «just because you made our day.» In addition, it is spacious and not clogged with retail displays (something I see in other SB stores) and there are comfy chairs and tables with plenty of space in between. This is the only SB around where I feel cozy and comfortable and love hanging out with my iced mocha there. :)

I love that we have a Starbucks here and it’s not too far from home. Just wish I didn’t have to cross the town line for it, but its worth it.
I love Starbucks coffee and I’m a girl who like her coffee dark roast, so Sumatra is my fav. I’m also addicted to their green tea latte! Some people have thought they were in trouble when they saw the green powder, but that’s macha (green tea powder) and can be quite expensive. People who are not familiar with macha often get freaked out about the powder thinking it’s some weird imitation stuff, lol! Don’t feel weird! Good stuff, hot or cold!
The only complaint I have is sometimes they make the drinks too sweet. I ordered a Pumpkin latte and it was just too sweet. Also, there seems to be a new girl there who’s kinda slow at making the drinks and I even noticed her having a drink while working. Not to be hard on a newbie, but drive-​thru usually means quick. I don’t mind if I’m in there sitting and just passing time with friends, but at drive-​thru I expect quicker service. Sweet girl, just needs to pick it up a little.
Tone down the sugar, speed up a little at drive thru and you’re pretty golden ;)

This is by far my favorite Starbucks — it’s clean the staff is polite and there’s a water bowl for the dog out front!

I have been won over, I love this coffee shop! The help is so helpful and nice, it took me some time to figure out the hole routine, being a old DD fan. But the coffee is just better and so is the atmosphere, now they make a blond coffee for people who don’t like it that strong!

I go to Starbucks everyday during the work week. I find that this one is very inconsistent when it comes to making the coffee drinks. I usually order an Americano and for some reason it almost always comes out very watery OR they put WAY too much milk in the coffee itself when I always ask for a small amount.
I don’t like to complain because customer service is a hard industry and I am sure they have far worse crazy people than me complaining.
It got to the point where I just drive by this Starbucks which is the closet to my house and hit up the one in Boston– Copley near my job– they make the coffees consistently and listen to the person ordering.
Other than that they are very nice at this location– if you don’t like strong coffee then this is the place for you.

This location is located right on Rt 38 and is small but has a nice atmosphere. Yet is the only place for real coffee in town. If in Wilmington and in need of coffee this is your place to go.

Nothing to add to what you already think about this place. I wish this location was open later
