Firstly, let me say that I met Dr Steve after a bad experience with another local dentist so I was definitely apprehensive. The office did not charge me for a consultation and Dr Steve reviewed my records and took time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. He is patient and reassuring and does good work. Highly recommended.
Minus two stars for the following: my husband missed an appointment and my daughter had an appointment a couple of days later. When I showed up with her, Alfa, the office manager, told me that she wasn’t sure if we would show up so that they could see us but that we should go and get breakfast in the meantime and come back because she would have to fit us in. I asked her why she didn’t call me — she became frustrated and stormed out of the waiting area. She returned with Dr Steve who stated that it was a misunderstanding — that one of their dental hygienists was on vacation and Alfa had neglected to reschedule us. When my daughter and I left two hours later Alfa had her back to us and kept her head down. Not sure if we are going back.
