The Fun Department’s business model has always been to ensure that critical company events don’t go down as the most boring things ever. If your event is a conference, we make your attendees happier – and more receptive to the information you have to give them. If your event is a company picnic, we make it legendary.

Meet the Business Owner

Nat M.

Business Owner

Nat is the CEO & Managing Partner for the Employee Engagement, Team Building and Corporate Events consulting firm, The Fun Dept.

He is an experienced and exceptional public speaker, facilitator and teacher with a strong background in leadership in higher education, business and entertainment. He received his MPA from The University of Delaware with a focus on Organizational Leadership and is currently working with a large American University’s HR Department — researching fun’s effects on leadership process and design principles at a Ph. D level.

Nat works directly with CEO’s, leaders, managers, HR professionals and administrators to develop plans and paths for fun, tied directly to specific business-​outcomes and goals.
