Meet the Business Owner

Linda G.

Business Owner

Linda brings over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her diverse career path has included work with major cosmetic and salon corporations in an upper management position that included extensive travel. In addition to training with the industry’s top stylists and colorists, she has executed grand openings of store and salon locations, which included the hiring of initial management and staff. She discovered that a more personal approach to business was what she found most satisfying.

In 2004, she and her husband, Gary opened The Strand Salon & Spa, an AVEDA Concept Salon She practices the Aveda mission daily and continues her strive to educate the principles to the staff and guests.

The Strand Salon & Spa was her vision, united with the AVEDA beliefs of treating ourselves, each other, and the planet with care and respect is our responsibility.
