Whether you are a youth athlete looking to get Bigger, Stronger, Faster, so you can Dominate your sport or an adult that wants to push the limits and body to places it’s never been before, we are the gym for you!
Our sports performance training focuses on speed and agility, strenght & conditioning, injury prevention, and increasing mental toughness & confidence.
In addition to sports performance, The Strength Lab offers personal training to adults and athletes, as well as adult fitness boot camp.
History
Established in 2011.
After many years of working in the fitness and strength & conditioning industries, The Strength Lab was opened to fill a void of sports performance and speed and agility training in Clinton County. Our objecitve is to give schools like Wilmington, Clinton Massie, Blanchester, and Lynchburg the same opportunities as some of the larger surrounding schools.
Meet the Business Owner
Bryan D.
Business Owner
After a successful career as an All-Conference collegiate baseball player, Bryan went on to become an assistant baseball coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Shawnee State University. At SSU, Bryan worked with the 2010 NAIA Womens Basketball National Runners-up, the 2010 American Mid-East Conference Baseball Champions, as well as the American Mid-East Conference Champion Womens Volleyball team.
Bryan has a multitude of experience training athletes at different ages and skill levels; including several professional athletes. Bryan is a Certified Youth Fitness Specialist through the International Youth Conditioning Association and has a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science from Shawnee State University.
Bryan is the current Irongear 198 lb. Raw Powerlifting Champion with a best Bench press of 370 lbs and a best deadlift of 610 lbs.
