I really like Tulip Nails and find the salon very clean and the staff very professional and helpful. Whenever I walk in without an appointment, they are always courteous and make sure that I’m seen within a reasonable period of time. I have never had an issue with a pedicure and manicure. Some staff are better than others at doing the gel fills, but other than that, I am a satisfied customer.

I had a good experience here but my friend developed a finger infection after her session and had to have her finger lanced open to release the infection… They were very nice and got us in right away, I just wish it was a little more clean!

This place has gone down hill over the years. Very Sad. Dirty and unsanitary They rush, switch nail techs midway through doing your nails. Needs updating

Used to go here several years ago in high school without any major issues. Returned this past weekend for a pedicure and the nail tech dug in too close to the nail bed and nicked me pretty good. Wound up with a nasty toenail infection and had to have a slice of my toenail removed by a podiatrist this morning. Obviously not returning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there to get eyelash extensions last week and I know the risk if they aren’t cared for properly, but what if they aren’t applied properly? The lady that did the application glued half of them to my eyelids not my lash line. When I was done I felt pinching and stabbing in my eyes but she told me it would go away when the glue was completely dry. It did not. I woke up the next day with swollen eyes and the worst stabbing pain that caused a headache. I went back first thing in the morning, an hour before my nephews christening and asked if she could remove them. She said it takes 30 min to let the remover sit on your lashes and you cant open your eyes at all. I figured i’d have enough time. She put me in a room and shut the door. With no sense of time I laid there for some time without being checked on. Finally I had to bang on the wall a few times to get someones attention. The lady came in apologizing to me SHEHADFORGOTTEN I WASINTHERE!!! It was 1 hour and 20 min later !!! I was missing my nephews christening!!! I told her I needed to go and that she needed to speed up the process but she couldn’t even get the lashes off! I asked for a refund and she started YELLING in my face while i’m still on the table that they don’t do refunds. These people are rude, unskilled, and bad business. I would not recommend anyone go here for nails or any other service.

I love Tulip Nails! I stopped coming here for a while, but only because I was looking for a place closer to home. However, I will soon be returning! Everyone here is very friendly and professional, the salon is always clean, and I have no problem being seen quickly even as a Walk-In. I have been helped my several different manicurists for both pedicures and gel and I have always been happy with the outcome!

I have gone here for years. I even went to them before all my proms in 2005 and 2006. I love them in high school because the service was amazing, the location was right on 202, and they were affordable. Recently though, I have gone there because the prices are still great, but the service has been awful. With a packed room of customers, the manager was yelling on the phone to a previous customer who was unsatisfied. Totally unprofessional. And the last time, the female doing my finger nails’ cuticles, cut my fingers right near my nail beds from pushing too hard. I think I am done with this place.
