Dropped shirts off for same day cleaning and was told that we would need to pay for same day. Went to pick it up that next day and they were closed. Returned 3x because I needed to leave for out of state. Picked up the shirts when I returned– and they said they were closed because of the snow. It snowed not even a coating that day. And they charged me for same day despite the fact they chose not to come to work. I told him we wouldn’t bring our business here anymore and he said ok. Doesn’t seem to care about customers. Incredibly disappointed.
