Great lunch for extremely reasonable moola. Everything was freshly prepared. Season well. Its not original fare from Mexico, but I appreciate the quality ingredients in play here. Also enjoyed a nice cold beer! Why spend more elsewhere?

The food was of really good quality and they truly care about your satisfaction. I’ll come again.

It was clean. The food was edible. I didn’t get sick. The guys working there were nice. But the food was bland and worse than what I could whip up from leftovers in my fridge. It was relatively cheap.

I’d sum it up as a nice spot to grab a quick bite, but nothing more. Then again a lot of the time when I’m looking for something akin to that, I want nothing more.

Good little taco joint with an excellent acronym (WTF)! The prices were really reasonable — only $ 5.95 for two tacos and a drink, and another $ 1.75 for chips and salsa.
The chips were really good, served warmed and with just the right amount of salt. I thought the salsa was pretty good too, with a fresh tomato taste. The tacos were almost perfect, with a mountain of super fresh, (very cold!) good-​looking veggies atop cheese, sour cream, and beef, in a grilled flour tortilla (you get your choice of hard corn or soft corn or flour). The only downside was the flavor of the beef — it needed more spices to really kick the taco into high gear.
But this place is totally worth a try!

Couldn’t decide between pimento cheese or meatloaf; so I had both! Both were excellent-​the pimento cheese was the best I’ve had. The owner was eager to please and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. You don’t find people that care like that at many places anymore. I’ll be back for sure.

The owner is warming and passionate about making sure you leave with a smile. You can tell from his recipes and his southern hospitality he comes from line of good cooks and even better family values.

Fans of Van!- I took my wife and kids here during a short stay in Wilmington. The place was empty so I had my initial worries, however…
We stuck around and ordered tacos and the taco salad. The food takes a few minutes, but you’re getting food cooked and prepared for you, not just something tossed into a sack and thrown out a drive thru window. Van came into the dining area and it was immediately clear that Wilmington Taco Factory is a place that you can bring your family, even the very little ones. Van made sure we had everything we needed, making several trips to our table as we had our hands full with the kiddos. It was clear that Van was very comfortable catering to families and as a result I will definitely make Wilmington Taco Factory a regular visit while in Wilmington.
I’m looking forward to trying the meatloaf.

It was our first time there and met the owners sister and friend that are retired but helped out a few days a week and what a lovey experience they provided!
Told us about their fresh local products they use and where it comes from and can definitely tell you it tasted as fresh as promised.
I got a few different items just to see how it was all around. Fried okra was cooked just right, side salad was just shredded lettuce but had onion tomato and cucumber. Chips and salsa were amazing, hot fresh chips and the salsa had heat but nothing overwhelming. (He also comped them since it was our first time there!) and the shrimp had a delicious seasoning.
The also have specials everyday that include pimento cheese sandwhich, chicken salad, meatloaf, so it’s not just a taco place.
Price for two was just under $ 15 dollars which included: a shrimp, chicken, beef taco. Side salad, okra, and a drink.

Great food at a great value. Very friendly owner. Appreciated that he offered samples of his chicken salad and pimiento cheese before I ordered. Both were wonderful. The fried okra is perfectly seasoned.

This place is amazing. It is a hole in the wall, but the food is great, the staff is friendly, and the prices are cheap. I had the meatloaf sandwich (his mother’s recipe) and my girlfriend had a shrimp taco and a beef taco. The meatloaf was moist and the best I have ever had. From my girlfriend «The tacos were yummy».

Just had a great dinner here! The soft tacos were over-​stuffed with fresh ingredients, tomatoes, cukes, olives. The salsa was delicious, too, and the guy brought out fresh made chips. Definitely recommend this place!

We came here for dinner on a weeknight. The restaurant had only one other customer and as she was leaving she said would be back. So she was also a happy customer. The food was made using the owner’s family recipes and many ingredients were from his garden. He suggested various options from the menu and we were pleased with the meal. Owner was very attentive and friendly.

I had the pork bbq sandwich and my wife had the meatloaf. Everything was fantastic and the manager was very pleasant. My kids had a chicken taco and a hamburger. They both cleaned their plates. I will visit again.

Enjoyed the fish tacos and fried okra. Ordering is from a checklist so you get to customize what you want to eat. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. Definitely worth looking for!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was great and my tacos were very good. I ordered 1 shrimp and 1 fish taco and I love the way you pick your toppings from lots of choices. Highly recommend.
