Established in 2015.
My co-owner, Melanie Odom and I opened a restaurant as I told her — I’m too old to be a «Rock Star!» Serving the best hot dogs after 3 years of research. Many hours went into creating the chilli recipe so it is the very best!

I relocated to Wilson, North Carolina from New York so I would live in more sunshine and milder weather! I wanted to start something new! So I contacted my co-owner, Melanie Odom and we decided to open up a hotdog joint!
