Description

Specialties

SoCo is a bed & breakfast and restaurant that provides personalized menus and dining experiences at our 12-foot, 14-seat farm house table on our 11-acre horse farm in Wilson, NC. We serve dinner Wednesday — Saturday by reservation only.

We only do one dinner seating so the evening is yours, and you can reserve the entire table if your party includes 8 to 14 people. We are perfect for special dinners with friends, family or colleagues. You can also reserve seats for fewer than 8 people at one of our «community table» dinners, where you’ll make new friends and enjoy our made-from-scratch, updated southern comfort food!

Menus are discussed and set for the entire table, though we gladly accommodate vegetarians or diners with food allergies.

We’d love for you to join us – call us about your next dinner!

History

Established in 2011.

Chef Jeremy Law worked with several top-name, American chefs during more than a decade of professional cooking – including NC top chef, Vivian Howard, of Chef and the Farmer in Kinston.

It took many months of hard work to transform a modest outbuilding into a b&b and restaurant, but the effort was guided by a clear vision of what SoCo needed to be.

Chef Law and his wife, Kimberly, opened SoCo to create – not just an intimate and upscale southern restaurant, but to create a complete dining experience. SoCo is only 15 minutes from Wilson, and only 45 minutes from Raleigh and Greenville – but because SoCo is surrounded by farmland, visiting SoCo (with its organic garden and grazing horses) is a relaxing, country getaway with great food.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeremy L.

Business Owner

Chef Jeremy Law began cooking at age 4 alongside his mother, and from there his love of creating (and eating) good food only grew stronger. When Chef Law began cooking professionally, he discovered techniques and methods to refine his culinary creations. SoCo is the realization of Chef Law and his wife Kimberly’s dream to serve updated southern comfort food to small groups of similarly food-minded (or obsessed) diners.
