History

Established in 2007.

Perry P. Perkins is a third generation professional chef, instructor, and cookbook author. He focuses his love of cooking on barbeque, traditional southern fare, and fresh Northwest cuisine.

Perry is the executive chef at haute​mealz​.com, where he is directly responsible for the Haute & Healthy (diabetic friendly) Meal Plan.

Chef, menu designer, author, and award winning food blogger, Perry P. Perkins is a stay-​at-​home dad who lives with his wife Victoria and their daughter Grace, in the Pacific Northwest. Perry has written for hundreds of magazines including Writer’s Digest, American Hunter, and Guideposts.

His inspirational stories have been included in fourteen Chicken Soup anthologies as well.
