Super helpful. Patient with the kids and all their coins. Thanks Logan for making our shopping experience pleasant!

If I could give the manager of this store a negative 5 stars I would. Obviously Gamestop needs to train their managers better as this store manager is lacking knowledge and manners. The manager of the Wilsonville store was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. As a result of his actions today I will never give Gamestop another penny!!! A warning to all, if you have to shop at Gamestop, I would not shop at the Wilsonville location as this manger does not follow company policy, or maybe he is just not bright enough to know how. 4÷12÷15 lost customer forever.

Psst. Can you keep a secret? The little Ks are getting a Wii for Christmas. Trust me, this is a big deal. We are, what you would call, late adopters. Truly the last house on the block(maybe the greater Portland metro area) without a gaming system. Actually the kids have plenty of experience playing at their friends’ houses, but now we all get to have fun. I had a less than ideal experience getting games for their DS systems at Game Zone. The customer service was a million times better here. The guys at the counter were funny, polite, helpful and didn’t mock me when I snapped up Pitfall because it was my favorite Atari game.(I still have my childhood Atari console and it makes me laugh to see how far the graphics have evolved.) They had a nice deal going so you could buy two used games and get one free. I got a couple for the boys(Madden Football and Monster Trux). Pitfall is just for me.
