We are a locally owned and operated The UPS Store location, and we care about our customers. We have the knowledge and expertise to handle all of your mailbox, packing, shipping, and professional printing needs and we are passionate about what we do!

You’ll meet one of our friendly customer service associates when you stop by. All of our associates are certified packing experts.

Whether you are another small business (like us) that needs help, or simply someone that needs professional printing, customized packaging and shipping solutions, full service mailboxes for us to handle your mail and package receiving, or even shipping large freight items like cars or antiques, our staff can help. We also provide services in small business marketing, notary public, small business support, shipping supplies, international shipping, and more.

History

Established in 2000.

Originally opened as Mail Boxes, Etc. by Bruce Wallace and his daughter Heidi. After a few years Mail Boxes, Etc. transitioned to The UPS Store. In 2015 The UPS Store 3873 celebrated its 15th Anniversary in Wilsonville. The Wallace Family continues to own and operate this local company.

Bruce the owner has really outdone himself he is always so pleasant courteous and prompt. his staff no matter who it is are so pleasant so helpful so patient and this is a really busy store… I would recommend that anybody in the area that needs anything at all whether it’s a greeting card package mailed book of stamps post office box they are so awesome please go there you’ll be glad you did and say hello to Bruce the owner

The older gentleman (glasses and his son goes to OSU) who is working right now was sooooo great. He really made me feel welcomed and was great with customer service. It’s my first time at this UPS but if will definitely come back based on his service. I wish more places were as welcoming as him.

I use their services very frequently and always feel very welcome when I bring in my items. They have always had those weird size boxes I need and have caught errors on my printing. These are a great group of people.

I have used them for shipping and for photocopies. I haven’t used their mailbox service. They’re easy, fairly efficient, helpful, and friendly, and they get the job done. But they are expensive.
