My car was recently in an accident. My insurance company recommended Cole’s and I was initially skeptical –why go where they recommend? Anyway, I wasn’t able to go anywhere else — the other body shops I tried couldn’t get me in.
I am so glad I went to Cole’s. They did a great job on my car. It took a couple weeks — but I got a phone call from Laura in their office every 3 – 4 days giving me an update. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. They were flexible in helping me pick my car up. And when I did pick it up it had been cleaned inside and out. I don’t write many Unilocal reviews but really wanted to do so in this case. I would definitely use them again (although I hope I don’t have to!
