If all that wasn’t enough of a celebration for my taste buds, the sweet raspberry vinaigrette brought the whole party of ingredients together. The dish was both beautiful to gaze upon and to devour. That’s what comes from a talented chef with her home and locally grown produce. Nothing beats the taste of fresh food.
