We own a home near Wilton but live out of state. Mr. Levy has provided outstanding customer service and quality repairs for us twice in the last year. In the fall of 2011 when our furnace was not working and the tenants had called an outrageously priced company in the area for an estimate, I called Mr., Levy and he went to the house on the same day, ordered the part and did the repair and cleaning at less than half of what the competitor had quoted. He also did not try to talk us into buying a new furnace, but instead shared advice for how to make ours last longer. This month, he came and did a fall cleaning and once again was responsive, reasonable and did quality work. Highly recommended.
