It was truly a pleasure and easy experience working with M & M Marine. Prompt, courteous service, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Mitchel returned our phone call immediately, sent us pictures of the part we were looking for, and even offered to drop off the part since we were local. Great company to work with; we will definitely be a return customer and recommend M & M Marine!

When I became the Service Manager of East Bay Motorsports a year ago, Mitch took the time to come down, introduce himself, and spend an hour discussing how he could be an asset to our dealership. He made a lot of promises that I was skeptical about because his shop is so far from us. Since then however, he has always made supporting our dealership a top priority, especially during the crucial summer months when customers are yearning to hit the waves. With the high-​volume of watercraft we sale and service, M&M has been instrumental in allowing us to deliver a first-​class customer experience. Whether he’s personally driving several hours to pick-​up or deliver a ski for body-​work repairs, shipping an emergency part next-​day delivery, or finding us a discontinued part to finish the job, Mitch takes a lot of pride in contributing to the success of our dealership while taking no credit. His satisfaction comes from making my job easier and ensuring the customer is 100% satisfied when enjoying their ski. His experience and expertise in this business will continue to benefit our dealership.

Week and a half has gone by since the part was returned, refused to refund the order. Gonna have to let Discover take care of this. DO NOT buy from this guy, and if you do (you’re being stupid), make damn sure you have a means of forcing a refund. Do not use a debit card or check.

Don’t be tempted to order ANYTHING from this business. I found an ad for this guy in a boating magazine. Claiming to be a reputable reseller of use jetski parts. When I called the business, I explained I needed a certain part for the my jetski. He sounded like I was bothering him and said he was parking and would call right back. No return call and two hours later I called and he was still in the car. Another couple hours and I call a third time where I placed the order on Tuesday. The order was delayed and shipped lated not the same day as he said. The WRONG part was shipped. I called and he ARGUED with me that he sent the correct part. I had to text him a picture for the needed part and what he sent before he finally admitted without apology that another part needed to be sent to me.
The part never shipped. I Still have the wrong part and when I called to see why it hasn’t shipped yet, he told me he was waiting for me to see if I still wanted it??? HUH? In the phone call I asked why it hadn’t beed shipped yet and his response was, «I don’t have time for the DRAMA», and hung the phone up on me.
I hope someone reads this and finds another vendor to purchase parts from. There are so many to choose from if you just do a goole search. Beware he is on ebay apparently also.

My «new» pump is magnificent!
I own an extremely rare and valuable Avon 346 Jet Rib (rigid hull inflatable) that’s basically a jet ski with a zodiac inflatable wrapped around it. There are no parts or service manuals available for this thing, only some newer manuals that call-​out parts unrelated to my boat.
When my jet pump seized, I thought I was done for. Avon is out of business. Zodiac continues the brand, but only for mega-​yacht tenders in the $ 30,000+ range. Yamaha has no cross-​reference for parts, and they’re expensive. One guy at my local dealer (East Bay Motor Sports) confided in me that when they need parts and service for older watercraft, there’s one guy they call — «dude has over $ 2 million in parts inventory, and has memorized every model ever made.» That guy was Mitch Miller of M&M Marine.
I admit, I was looking for the cheap fix… just sell me the parts I need, and get me back on the water. Mitch would have done that if I had pushed the issue, but it would have been parts only. Instead, he had me take a photo of the whole pump with a tape measure over the top of it, and text it to him. Based on that, he was able to construct a correct replacement pump from good used parts.
Then, he delivered the pump to my house and gave me a few pointers! You would not believe the difference between the old pump and the «new» one. The old pump had lived in salt water for most of its life. The salt got behind the impeller’s wear ring, and caused the ring to compress, clamping the impeller so it would not move… the engine seemed seized. In retrospect, Mitch was right… there was only one way to fix that old pump — throw it away! There was one and only one fastener in the old pump that had not corroded to the point of seizure. We literally had to beat the old pump with a sledge hammer to get it out of the boat. The corrosion was so bad that there were holes in the side of the old pump.
In contrast, the new pump is nice and new looking with a protective green coating everywhere.

Nice owner when he calls you back; which is never. He has a second job diving which takes him away a lot from this small shop– and he admits it. It appears his focus is ebay selling and does easy repair. Not the place if in a rush, he takes weeks on repair.

so where to start. mm marine saved my vacation big time, the day before i left i found out my pto and drive shaft were wore out, and everywhere i called a new pto and shaft were 1 week out and that was not going to work for me. so i called Mitchel the owner and sure enough he saved my day i was at least an hour away with traffic but he waited for me gave me a great price and was the nicest guy that i have ever shaken hands with he was very helpful even showed me how to remove the pto on an old motor i have never witnessed such great customer service, and my seadoo shopping will be done threw him only he got a life time customer… thank you again Mitchel for everything our vacation was great and sea doo worked great thanks to you
