History

Established in 1982.

Dr. White graduated Magna cum Laude from Texas A&M University before going on to receive his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School where he later served as an assistant professor and was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. In 2006 Dr. White was nominated for Texas Dentist of the Year. A long-​time local resident, Dr. White has been practicing advanced preventive and restorative dentistry in Wimberley since 1982 and has always been heavily involved in community events. Dr. White has been particularly involved in educational and youth-​related organizations. Dr. White’s practice is centered around the philosophy of care and service to exceed our patient’s expectations. Together with the comfort and confidence in the care he provides, Dr. White continues to commit to the same level of excellence he has always demanded of himself.

I cannot say enough how great my dentist Dr Robert White is. My journey to doing partial implant work on my upper and lower teeth that is medically necessary has been tedious work. Dr. White is such a good dentist to work around in getting what we are to accomplish with satisfying end results. His assistant Vanessa has been very helpful for all the visits to making my visits to feeling at ease while under treatment working alongside Dr White. I highly recommend you visit their offices for your next dentist visit.

Dr White and his staff are the best. I’ve been a client for years and after a recent cracked tooth and the need for a root canal, I’m so grateful for Dr. White and his wonderful staff. I’m all better and thanks to Dr. White, it was really a pain-​free experience.

I went for a second opinion on something and was very impressed. The offices are spotless, the staff friendly and help and the doctor himself very knowledgable, very straight forward, very competent. He is popular locally and is heavily booked and a a little expensive for a small town dentist, but he has a top clinic. The other impressive thing is that he can do same day crowns. Again, for a small town dentist this is very impressive.

I was a dental assistant for many years and glad to find a great dentist in Wimberley. Dr White has a porcelain crown making machine in his office. No more 2 appointments 4 – 6 weeks between each other with temporaries! 3d imagine instead of gagging impressions, what a great change in crown making. The machine take a block of material and carves it out while you wait. Each crown only took 1 1\2 hours complete. Incredible!
Also, I was so impressed with the wait time in the office. Never did I wait in the reception area more than 5 minutes. Once in the chair Dr White was in within another 5 minutes. I told him how impressed I was with his timing and he told me it was very important to him to be on time. He does not like to waste his time or the patient.
Great staff as well, his assistant has been with him for many, many years.
Very impressed and very pleased.
