Beginning with conceptual drawings we review design options and alternatives and move forward creating drawings seamlessly in both 2D and 3D views. This allows for cohesive design strategies and informative presentations to garner confidence in the design process. Our design, inherently green, creates durable and sustainable projects for the long term. With detailed and coordinated construction documents the project team is given the information necessary to price and build accurately resulting in the best value for you. History

Established in 2010.

As a high school student in Rhode Island, Chris began drafting homes and learning on the job. At Notre Dame he studied architecture from antiquity to the renaissance to modernism while living in Rome and traveling throughout Europe. Working in Boston for more than a decade, Chris managed projects including the many facets of residential design, historic preservation, and unique commercial and institutional renovations. Chris has taught at the Boston Architectural College and Wentworth Institute of Technology and continues his role as educator with design jury critiques for Notre Dame and Wentworth.

Chris brings knowledge, capability, and design sense to each design task. Each project is a collaboration for there is always more than one way to create new spaces.

Inherent in our work is an understanding of the client’s needs and the project’s setting and vernacular that creates a project of great durability, sustainability, and beauty.

Practicing what he preaches Chris keeps a sketch journal, creating wonderful memories of his travels and everyday observances.
