Santa Ana, CA
Flavorful & authentic. D goes out of his way to only use the highest quality ingredients available. Make sure to get some of the home made sourdough; the starter has been in his family for generations. I would normally give the place 5 stars but D needs a bouncer to keep some of the other customers in line. Specifically the crazy neighbor that gets drunk and starts to slap patrons minding their own business. She’s been know to drive away loyal friends and customers.
