Specialties
We work side-by-side with small business owners and those considering starting their own business to transform vision into reality. You pay one flat fee and then choose from a menu of Business Strategy Units, such as defining your target customer, writing business plans, creating a marketing campaign, social media campaign, optimizing tax structure, systems to handle clients in volume and a dozen others. Most price plans span the entire year, ensuring you have the right strategy when you need it. Our clients span many industries, including food service, real estate, medical practice, on-line internet businesses, art studios, virtual assistants and consultants. What we know is marketing, operations, finance and corporate strategy. In other words, everything you need to put you on par with much bigger companies. Meetings are conducted via web-conference so that we can collaborate on the planning documents.
History
Established in 2011.
Michael Emerald, CFA:
My background was spent as a securities analyst and institutional portfolio manager in Boston. There, I specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions and made portfolio decisions for a $ 2 billion institutional investment management company, one which I began as a start-up with two other investment professionals. I also served as a financial adviser to individuals.
Nowadays, in addition to working with small business owners, I meet weekly face-to-face with the heads of publicly held corporations, critiquing their business operations, business strategy, and investor presentation, with the intent of helping to boost their stock price.
I also started four businesses, including this one, Performance Business Design. My qualifications include: Chartered Financial Analyst, MBA, Univ. North Carolina Chapel Hill, BA Physics, Boston University
