History

Established in 2011.

Siblings James Parks and Sandy Gallagher began this collaboration to bring great food to the people living in and visiting or passing through the Winchester area. Originally, the duo were approached by a third partner who was to run the butcher shop while Parks and Gallagher ran the kitchen. When that deal didn’t work out, Parks learned to butcher and the two opened full steam ahead. Over time, the butcher shop/lunch counter developed into a full service restaurant with a small market offering. The main concept was to hand-craft fresh local ingredients into wonderful dishes to share with guests. Whether it’s sandwiches at lunch time or steaks and seafood at dinner time, meals are made to order with pride and care.
